Hello...Mere pass ek shop 4yrs se rent me hai..abb shop k malik Muje shop khali karne ko bol rah hai..mne 2500 me shop liya tha..but abb wo 11000 rent mang rhe hai...or mujse 5yrs k Bolk 11mnths k agremeent me dhoke se signature karwaya..muje punjabi padni nhi ati punjabi me agrement the..abb Muje kya karna chye...
You should immediately file a injunction suit in the civil court seeking stay on the said agreement. Also, you can make an application to the rent control board of your city/locality.
