How to recover remaining lease amount from the owner
31-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
As our lease agreement of our house is ended we are asking for our lease amount of rs 650000 but the owner is telling that they will give 500000 now and after vacating the house and handing over the key after tow days he will give the remaining amount so can u please tell me what to do should we vacate the house or not
you can vacate the house, to protect your rights you can ask your landlord to give it to you in writing that the remaining amount of 150000 shall be paid after 2 days of vacating the premises. you can also have witness get the document signed to safeguard your rights over it.
