How can i evict tenants from my property.

I have my plot in malad.I dont have 7/12 extract of my plot.but i have some agreements with the tenant peoples staying in my plot.I am the IMLA malik of the plot.This people are not paying rent to me.there are 30 tenents. Some of them had sold their houses without our permission.so I want to evict this houses sold without our permission.I already had send the notice to them.but they are not taking any action on it.so how can i evict this plot??and i will file case against them how much time it will take to evict the same??
You can issue a legal notice to the tenant if he refuses to vacate on expiry of agreement. You can also terminate leave and licence agreement if you so desire. And if tenant refuses to vacate the property then you can file the eviction suit against them.
