Heavy Deposit Agreement Expired
29-Jun-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
So we are staying since 2014 agreement expired in 2015 the owner has not contacted us nor we could get in touch with him . Our money is with him as it was on heavy deposit now the society troubles every now and then and informs us we are illegal and to vacate.
This is my response to you:
1. The owner must return your deposit;
2. If he does not then issue a legal notice;
3. If he does not respond then, you can tell the society to chase the owner;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps
