Comitee dissolve and chairman removing

Dear please advice I was chairman of society since last 2year,but in special general body meeting held on 6th dec2019 secretary dissolved the comitee in meeting verbally and appointed new chairman,on that day I was not present due to official work.i am not defaulter,secretary has attitude as he and treasurer together spend money without taking in comitee meeting ,when asked to secretary started abusing
inform the secretary through a letter that is not legal and quote necessary sections of the CHS act.
verbally they cannot remove you from any post, however they need to call a special agm for the same or wait for election.
