Claim of flat as redevelopment of tenancy property done

We are having tenanted house in western suburbs of Mumbai since last 80 years Landlord is a Trust We are the only tenant occupying 350 sq ft They want to construct a hall Plot area is 450 sq MTR Maximum How much area flat we can demand? Pl reply on email or contact on WhatsApp as I am abroad.
This is my response to you:
1. You must be very clear with your query herein;
2. One will have to read through your tenancy agreement, to understand what is your share in the area;
3. Are they going to increase the area where you are already occupying?
4. Then you must a make a separate agreement stating that the new area, after reconstruction or redevelopment is larger than the previous agreement;
5. You must engage a local lawyer if you are facing hardships.
