Can the case be remanded back to trial court

17-Feb-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I am the landlord, I won the the case at Trial Court against Tenant, for his eviction from 3 out of 5 encroached portions of my property. But 2 portions were not awarded, as missing from original prayer. Now Tenant has filed a RFA against Trial Court order, & I have filed application for Amendment of Original Plaint, to get 2 missing portions also evicted & mesne profits awarded. What are my options ? Can i get case remanded back to Trial Court ?

As the orders are in your favour you need not worry much regarding the matter. Firstly you need to tell that at what stage the matter is pending before the High Court. Yes the High court can also remand back the matters to the District court for final disposal.

Is your property cover under DRC ACT?
2. Have you mentioned these 2 properties in map?
3. Have you taken possession of those properties?
I want these details first and need to see the RFA only then can give you right advice. For details you can meet me.
