Sir, Is it possible to include a clause for penalty in Late payment of Rent by Tenant? If so How much?
yes, it is possible to include a clause for penalty in Late payment of Rent by Tenant, but it is to be agreed between both the parties, if they dont agree then there is no point of adding such clause. If so How much-- it is again to be agreed mutually between the parties.
