If i give my flat on rent to group of students in a resedentail society will it be commercial activity?
If a person gives his flat on rent to group of students in a residential society, it does not amount to commercial activity. A flat can be used for residential purposes. As an owner you have all the rights to rent out your flat provided there is no violation of bye-laws
