Can ask tenant to vacate rented property if owns house in same city

Can I ask a tenant to vacate the premises, if he or his sons own a house in the city.

Yes!
You have the full right to ask a tenant to vacate the premises showing your bonafide need as to for what purpose you want to use the tenanted property.
Secondly it has to bee seen whether the property in which tenant is there is a residential property or commercial property.
Even if it is a residential property. You can ask a tenant to vacate the premises but showing that you actually required that property for your personal use.

Yes, you can ask the tenant to vacate the house, no matter how many premises you own in the city. Is the premises governed by the Rent Control Act? If yes, you will have to show your need for the premises.
