Are tenants restricted from using terrace.
06-Nov-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Our land lord restricts only us to use comman tarrace while other tangents staying in same building are allowed to use for bursting crackers, doing yoga .parties etc But we cannot stand also in tarrace thought our flat is on tarrace Can the land lord stop us for using comman tarrace ?
Please clarify if you are a tenant or the owner of the independent floor. In both however there will be an agreement that you would have entered into with the landlord. This agreement would be crucial to see what rights flow to you. In most cases, tenants or owners of individual units cannot be restricted from using common spaces & terraces. Thus, I would like to see the agreement first before advising you further in this regard.
