About 33 & 38 case under SRA Scheme in Mumbai

if tenants are not eligible or eligible in annexure II and they not co-operating us and vacating his structure. i have already sent individual notice to tenants. They are hearing under 33/38. and my project is delay. What i do next for demolished them structure, kindly give me your opinion.
This is my response to you:
1. This will depend what have you written in your legal notice? If some points missing then send a proper legal notice for eviction;
2. If you have laid down all the conditions then you may take further legal action;
3. Make a complaint as per section 3Z-1. Powers to Competent Authority to demolish unauthorised or illegal dwelling structures;
4. You can then initiate criminal proceedings as laid down in section 39. Jurisdiction of Courts- No Court inferior to that of Magistrate of the First Class, or a Presidency Magistrate shall try an offence punishable under this Act.
5. Consult a local lawyer to understand your case better.
