A co-owner unilaterally gives unit on paghadi

13-Oct-2024 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Religion: Hindu We are 3 co-owners of a property. One of them has unilaterally given the entire property on paghadi to a third party without informing or approval of the other 2 co-owners. Is such a transaction binding on the other co-owners? If not binding, what steps should the remaining co-owners take to protect/recover their rights?

You need to collect the documents first of course ownership Any transaction or any deal or any changes in the property shall be with the consent of all three co owners The transaction above is totally illegal Steps to be taken Send the notice to the co owner And also to the person who has taken for pagadi, After giving the statuary period to both of them file a civil suit and make party to both the person
