What to do for rejection of earned leave

Sir i am staff nurse working in JIPMER.my application for availing earned leave is rejected.what i can do?
You can flag this situation to senior officer of JIPMER or to the board members of JIPMER as to how you are not being allowed to avail your own earned leaves. You should initially try this by way of personal meeting. If that is not possible or not allowed in your case then write them an email keeping everyone in BCC so that none can get to know as to whom all has been informed about this incident.
I hope your situation will be resolved by taking this action. However, if it doesn't help you to resolve your situation then you can write a complaint to Labour department of India and then Labour department will take this issue on its own.
I am not suggesting you to go for legal notice or for Court case as your matter is too trivial and that would be a costly affair.

Application for the earned leaves can be rejected in the peculiar circumstances. company has to see the availability of employees , they cant affort to sanction the leaves if the employees in the department are short or already on the leave... pls. eloberate your query with full details...
