What is the process of withdrawing membership from employees union

I work in a PSU In Bangalore And also a member of employees union which is registered under trade union act 1926 , but not recognised by employer Case is pending in High court of Karnataka I no longer wish to be part of employees union and would like to withdraw my membership Under which section of trade union act a member can withdraw his membership And what is the procedure is to be followed?

Hi, you may please tender your resignation to the trade union and do not pay any membership fee to the union. Get an acceptance of the resignation from the union as acknowledgement for the proof of membership withdrawal.
