What is pro rata pension and how is pension calculated?

Actually my father was got absorbed in 1992 in navodaya vidyalaya before that he was in arunachal pradesh govt deptt in education deptt because my father served the arunachal govt for 19 years 2200-75-2800-EB-100-4000 it was the pay scale i read it from my fathers PPO.the problem is that they have assigned the pro rata pension and the pension so calculated is very less
If you are aggrieved with the pension prescribed by the government, or are aggrieved by an executive action, then you may file a writ petition in the High Court challenging the same.
