What are rules related to Fire NOC in Karnataka

Hi, I need a clarification on Fire No Objection Certificate requirement in Karnataka. As per the G.O No:HD 33 SFB 2011 dated 07.07.2011, rules has been defined only for High Rise Buildings. So i would like to understand that means the NOC is only required for high rise buildings above 15 mtr?
yes, as per the notification you are referring to and which is available on the website of the FIre department, Karnataka only the HIgh rise buildings are required to get NOC from the department, for more clarification on the same website please go through the NOC categories mentioned. and in case you dont fall under any of the categories you need not obtain NOC
