Variable pay: signed Offer letter vs not signed appointment letter

03-Nov-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have signed on the offer letter while taking up this job. HR had later circulated appointment letter which was never asked to sign. As per offer letter, I am supposed to get variable pay, but not as per appointment letter. Organisation has refused to pay me variable pay highlighting clause in appointment letter. Since, I have not signed it. It was circulated at the time of joining for our understanding of clauses. Do I have a case for variable pay as per offer letter?

This is my response to you: 1. If you have copy of the offer letter then you have merits; 2. You can send a legal notice to your employer/HR/legal head of your employer; 3. You must first show your documents to a local lawyer; 4. Consult a local lawyer and then take legal steps.
