Unfair Employment Practices & Withholding of Documents

My ex-employer, illegally withheld my original certificates, forced labor post-bond, deducted my salary as punishment, and mentally harassed me and my parents. Despite completing the bond and resigning, they still refuse to release my documents. I filed a labor complaint but got threats in return. Need urgent help to get justice
Since you've completed the bond and resigned, your ex-employer cannot legally retain your original certificates. File a complaint with the Labour Commissioner under relevant labour laws, and a police complaint under Sections 406 and 506 IPC. You may also approach the High Court under Article 226 for return of documents and protection.
