I want to know is it possible to make transfer of a employee of mumbai municipal corporation to nashik municipal corporation on various ground like marriage for female eemployee / medical/ old age parents etc . Please help
Yes the employee can ask for his transfer to a particular place from earlier place. The transfer can be granted on the grounds as mentioned in the query. However the place where employee is seeking his/her transfer must have a vacancy for his accommodation. The employee can ask his senior officer for his transfer in case of rejection of his plea, the employee may approach MAT (Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal) for redressal of his grievance.
