Till when can the judgment be reserved by the CAT

28-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, The judgment of a recruitment case remanded back by the Honourable High Court is reserved at the Central Administrative Tribunal for 4 months. 1. What is the maximum duration for the judgment to be reserved? 2. Can we file RTI with the CAT to get the details about the case? 3. Can we go for an appeal to the CAT/HC noting the status?
