Termination from cpwd due to fir against me of dp act 3/4

Sir i give a exam for cpwd jr engg from ssc and then pass the both paper and fill the attestation form before attestation form no criminal case pending against me then pass the police verification also and then provisional appointment come after that when confirm appointment yet to come befor 3 day before confirm appointment a criminal case FIR laudge against me and my family on dowry act 3/4 because i break the engagement..and the service is terminated due to that FIR .....can i win the case.
