Salary not received from MSME Registered Company

We( 5 employee )not getting salary from MSME Registered company from last 3 months owner of company not responding properly please suggest
what is the post that you are holding? if its covered by industrial dispute act then labour court can be approached otherwise a normal civil suit can be filed, but before that give them a notice asking for all the dues and saying that appropriate legal steps would have to be taken otherwise.
