Salary dues not received even after 8 years, can I take legal action n

I was forced to resign after working for 25 yrs, not paid 10 months salary, gratuity. Pleading to clear my dues since last 8 years, received around 2 lacs in last 3 years, balance to recieve around 8+ lacs. Can I take legal action now
