Resignation and notice period what to do for my joining

I have an offer from another company, and they want me to join in 15 days. However , if I put my resignation tomorrow can they accept my resignation or they will put me on hold? My notice period conditions are as : Notice period for cessation of employment will be three months notice or three months salary In lieu therof. However the right to relieve you from employment after particular duration of time will be at entire discretion of company

Aa per your query Resignation and notice period what to do for new joining. You are bound in your company conditions you have to fallow those condition as pay three month salary in lieu therof else have to leave job after notice period.

This is my response to you:
1. Since your bond states that you have to serve notice period then you are bound by it;
2. Also, you can buy out your notice period by surrendering the three months salary;
3. Maximum the company will send you a legal notice for compensation;
4. The company will not approach the court because the civil matters take alot of time to get disposed of;
5. Therefore be very sure you want to resign.
