Rejoining Public Sector Bank in Officer Position
12-Jan-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I had worked as an officer in a PSB bank from 2016-2019. In 2019, due to my father's aggravated health issues, applied for temporary request transfer, but was refused. Was forced to return home to take care of my father. In 2020, went through a nasty divorce. Due to merger was sent new offer letter and replied positively. To date, didnt get any answer from bank regarding re-joining and filed a writ. Now they issue me a chargesheet for absence since 2019. Do I have a chance to get back my job?
What is the subject matter and present status of the Writ Petition? You have to challenge the Charg sheet before the appropriate court of law. For being absent you re joining cannot be held back but for that you have to take appropriate legal recourse.
For further advice your documents are required to be gone through in detail. Thank you.
