Regarding approval of my caste certificate

i am a resident of odisha and i have all the supporting documents and my father as well but we originally belong to west bengal so my fathers caste certificate has the address of west bengal , now my problem is my caste certificate will belong to which state , if west bengal then i have to give supporting documents which i dont have since from childhood i live in bhubaneswar, odisha and if odisha then they will use my fathers caste certificate as reference where the address is west bengal
