Procedure if company not providing NOC

i have resigned from company, as some people done fraud with me in many banks. So i have resigned company is delaying my pf and other dues saying to bring Noc from banks. i cant pay that lakhs to banks .i have already submitted some NOC to office. as i am only guarantor to them . they have fleed away. bank had sealed my salary acc. i dont have single paise to survive. help me and advice.

The best thing to do in such cases is to send a legal notice to the company through a lawyer. The lawyer will find out the information about where & to whom send the legal notice & he will be familiar to " State Government policy for giving No Objection Certificate " which is different for each state. Give them a written request, addressed to a specific person, with cc's, in that case, it becomes a personal liability. Make sure the request letter is sent at least a week before the interview. Nobody should deny you the NOC. In case it is denied, you can carry a copy of request letter to your prospective employer, and submit it as a proof.
