Notice Period waive-off/buyout not being allowed

I resigned from my company on 10th Feb 2025. My notice period is 30 days so my last working day is 11th Mar 2025. However, I did not want to serve the notice period so I mentioned in my resignation email that I am not in the position to serve the notice period and returned all the company assets (Laptop and ID card) and also that I am willing to buy out/settle my notice period.
To which company HR replied saying that there is no buy put policy and I will have to serve notice period.
