Non receipt of December 2025 salary and FNF

I haven't receive my FNF even after successfully Completing my notice period and also followed all the exit formalities and after repeated inquiries also, it won't release my salary.
You can send them a legal notice asking for your FNF and expertise letter. If your contract specifies the notice period you can inform that you have served the notice period. Do you have your email giving notice? Do you have your employment agreement and payslips?

In this case, you should submit an application to the Labour Commissioner. The Commissioner can summon your company and initiate proceedings before the Labour Court.
Your employer cannot legally deny your full and final (FNF) settlement without valid grounds. Ultimately, they will be required to pay the dues in accordance with the law.
