Non payment of retirement dues.

06-Apr-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
Retired 4 months back. Not receiving my gratuity, leave encashment, pro-rata bonus and allowances as per my eligibility. Employer made rules changing salary structure after my retirement and asking me to accept 50% dues as final settlement.

You can file an Application for all the retirement dues in the labour court. If you were a state or union Government employee then you may approach the MAT or CAT respectively. I can help you with the same. Please reach out.
