24-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Respected Sir/Mam I am working in group D in northern railways.I applied for RRB NTPC before Joining current job so i could not mention in application that either i am government employee or not. Now, I have been selected for Document verification so do i need NOC?? I have submitted an application to my current employer for NOC and have got a receiving copy of it but in case if i do not get NOC so will this create any problem in attending document verification? However i am ready to resign if selected In RRB. Kindly reply. Thanks in advance.

You are not required to comply with the situation of such scenario wherein you were never a part of. When you applied for the first job you were not selected in your current job. But when you are selected for the current job and is being called for the first job to which you had applied earlier all you are supposed to do is to showcase the current development and the NOC thereto and that would be all.
