My Salon pvt company is not ready to pay full dues of my salary

Can I take up case legally in labour court since they are not ready to remit my full salary due to full notice period not served as per them. However er I am resigning on medical grounds so not able to work anymore. Pl advise further course of action since I served for 24 days in Mar 2025.
