My father who Is 62 Aged , TSRTC not Giving Benefits, PF And Backwages

My father not received any settlement amount and now his age is 62 yrs. Crossed retirement age but still no settlement from RTC.

you can file writ petition in the high court for recovery of final settlement of amount and ESI and other gratuity amount from the RTC if an opportunity given to me I will file writ petition in the high court and get relief from the court
