My company denies to give me a Relieving Letter served for 3 months

27-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hello Sir, I have served my company for almost 3 months and have had quit the company for some personal reasons. while I was in a notice period I was been taken through a verbal discussion and I was never been issued or accepted from the top management about my resignation acceptance. In the verbal conversation they have shared info that they will not be able to provide a Relieving Letter for which I desperately need it for my upcoming company's to show. Thank you to assist me as how to approach Legally in getting my relieving letter. Thanks Srikanth Alley

1) what are terms of your appointment?

2) is there a clause that employee has to give 3 months notice ?

3) it is at the discretion of company to waive the notice period

4)company may refuse t give you relieving letter if you fail to fulfill terms of your contract

5) instead of legal notice go and meet the HR manager personally and request management to accept 3 months salary in lie of 3 months notice period

6) you have served the notice period and company refuses to give you reliving letter you could have issued legal notice to company to issue you reliving letter
