Legal procedure to withdraw involvement in EPF

My company has their own trust to manage EPF can I withdraw without their involvement as they are asking me to pay them an amount for notice period and some recovery which is not justified at all.
Send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving along with the EPF as per the rules of the government. If they fails to respond to the notice or do not make any proper response thereto then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction for the same.
