Under Indian law, illegal termination violates the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and harassment breaches the Sexual Harassment Act, 2013. Employees can seek redressal via Labor Court or legal claims.

There are several legal remedies available to you against the illegal practice adopted by the company which includes sending them a legal notice, making a complaint against them, approaching the labour court or filing a civil suit/writ petition if applicable. Also you can claim damages for the loss of income, mental harassment or defamation.
