If you're facing mental harassment at work, you have several legal and procedural alternatives 1. Report to HR or Management File a formal complaint with your company's HR department or grievance redressal committee. Ask for an internal inquiry under your company's policies. 2. File a Complaint Under Workplace Laws 3. Legal Remedies Police Complaint – If the harassment involves threats, defamation, or criminal intimidation, you can file an FIR. Labor Court or Tribunal – If your employer fails to act, you can file a case in the labor court. Civil Suit – If harassment leads to reputational damage, emotional distress, or wrongful termination, you can sue for damages. For more details, You can consult a lawyer personally.
