Is it legally to have generic drugs in office without doctor prscptn.

Is it legally advised to have generic drugs / tablets issued with out doctors prescription for use of employees in corporate offices. There is no medicine present in the building.
Every doctor is required to write a presciption before prescrbing any medicine. So, we suggest that you should not take the medicine.
