Is it legal force employees to install GPS tracker

I am medical representative Employer asked me to download an app on my personal device for reporting which I did now they demand to keep my location on so that app tracks my location. Is this legal? The phone is 100% personal. even my vehicle is my personal.

1. Right to privacy is a fundamental right, recently held by the Supreme Court;
2. Therefore such an app violates your privacy at all times;
3. You may refuse to use the app;
4. You can state that if you are required to then you can use it only during the course of your employment in the employment premises;
5. You should refuse to use it once your work is done and you leave the office premises.
