Is bond and appointment letter valid

05-Apr-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
Is the bond and appointment letter valid when you have signed those but the employer hasn't given you the papers even after 1 month of working and when I asked the HR he says it is not yet signed. Can I resign without facing any legal consequences binded with the bond or appointment letter.

If you serve the required notice period then you can resign. However, companies usually create problems in clearing your F and F and/Or issuing an experience letter to you in case you skip the notice period too. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
