Invasion of digital privacy through time tracker

What if the company we are working In asks us to install a time tracker and record all of our personal chats and screen activity on it through that tracker? And use those chats as the basis of firing us?
First of all, if an organization is asking you to install such an app and I indulge in such activities, then you should not join/stop working in such organization as the same is invasion of your privacy and illegal. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
