If I have taken 1 year leave without pay, will it discontinue my ag.

authorised (approved )one year leave without pay taken and that leave year, organization given gratuity also. it is count in service or not? will it break my employement or continue my employement.

Leave without pay on an annual basis are taken on various subjects. That may be for industrial training or may be for higher education or anything else as well. Your job in those period remain as it is the way it was prior to taking leave. Over to that in your case, your employer has also given you the gratuity for those period. So yes it will be counted in your job tenure and your job will be considered as continued one.
