Forcefully asking to relieve without serving notice period

I have given my resignation based on the toxic environment where as per company policy you are supposed to serve 3 months notice period which I am currently serving but my employer is forcing me to relieve without paying the rest days and asking me to buy out. Which I never intended to. Kindy suggest what needs to be done .
If you are required by the company to serve the notice period but you intend to do otherwise then you need to forego the salary which you would earn by serving the notice period. Else, you serve the notice period and leave the organization. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.
