FnF Kept on Hold by Previous Company HR

One of my friend resigned from the organisation post serving approved notice period due to Mental Harrassment and Torture by her immediate supervisor. On her last day in good bye email to all she mentioned the reason for Moving out of Organisation and shared the feedback that she is the worst Manager she had ever worked with in her professional life. Now her immediate supervisor had influenced the Management and her FnF is kept on hold by HR which is against the Labour rule. Please suggest the legal action that can be taken against the company or whom to approach or email in Labour office to get the FnF released
This is my response to you:
1. She will have to send a legal notice;
2. She will have to narrate all the points against company for withholding her FnF which is rightfully hers;
3. She can also seek compensation for the mental harassment suffered by her due to this and the activities that occurred in the notice period;
4. If still the dispute persist then she can escalate the matter to the labour court;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
