Employer forcefully took signature on stamp paper and promissory note

I am staying in Hyderabad, my employer beaten n forcibly taken my signature on Rs 50 bond paper (blank) and on promissory note with date. Please advice what to do now? It happened one month ago
According to the section 325 of IPC Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 335, voluntarily causes grievous hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. Thus, you can lodge a F.I.R for extortion under section 383 of I.P.C. and under section 325.
