Employee transfer process from sister concern to parent company.

Company give me request letter to signed when they transfer me from sister concern company to parent company.
Is this letter is correct need to be signed by me.
"Subject: Request for appointment in Benny Impex Private Limited Dear
Sir, I am working in Jupitor Infotech Services as Executive Implementation Since 01.07.2015 It has come to my knowledge that the Infotech Services "JIS" has decided to close operations and all operations of Jupitor tnfotech Services are being taken over by Benny Impex Private Limited "BIPL". The managernent of "Benny Impex Private Limited" has considered request Of the employees working in Jupitor Infotech Services to appoint them on rolls of Benny Impex Private Limited, I request you to kindly consider my request and appoint me as an employee of Benny Impex Private Limited w.e.f.l April 2019."
Please advise.
You shall make sure that all your benefits such as leave encashments, gratuity and others stand transfered, so that you do not loose on all of it. Accordingly, this letter will have to be slightly modified. The same can be done once all your documents are seen.
