is diwali bonus applicable on ctc? i am getting somewhere around 20k pm with ctc 2.4lpa. Is it my right to demand diwali bonus?

you cannot demand Diwali Bonus it is given by the company as per their own wish. CTC or your salary has nothing to do with Diwali bonus.getting somewhere around 20k pm with ctc 2.4lpa. No right to demand diwali bonus from the company
