Do we need to inform it to the office before filing a divorce case

Sir, I want to know that does I need to inform to my office before filling a divorce case? If yes, can I inform to office of the case is already filled??

No. Whatever is happening in your personal life that is not a concern for your organization be it a private employee or a government employee. Cases such as of divorce, property division, succession etc are such cases which is not supposed to be disclosed before the company. However if there is any criminal case running against you then that case has to be reported before the company. Further if you are a government employee then you have to declare your asset and have to seek permission everytime when you go after purchasing any sort of immovable property, shares, equity etc.

You don't have any obligation to inform your office before or during divorce proceedings. How ever if you have nominated your spouse as NOK for receiving any benefits, you may change the same and if reason for change is asked, you may give the information. The Government employees should inform their office although till finalisation it is not mandatory.
