convicted for section 324 with only Rs 10000 fine in high court(appeal

some of my family members were convicted in lower court for 307, 324 and 326 ipc with 7 years imprisonment. We appealed to high court where section 307 and 326 were set aside but convicted of section 324 with Rs 10000 fine only ( no jail time). n Two of them had govt job. One was Railway engineer ( 3 years remained till retirement) and another one was high school teacher. both of them were dismissed from office. Can they again join since there is no jail time only fine?n Losing job over Rs 10000 is not fair. Right?n Please answer me what they should do?nShould we go to supreme court?

was there any disciplinary proceeding? If not organization has no right to dis miss any one . If the cases are pending in trial court definition of that is not yet settled
